Even if we got 1600x1900 IPS panels on 13 inch ultrabooks, I'd be content with that. But there seems to be tremendous motivation to use the lowest price crappy TN panels in these laptops.

Windows 8 is fine, it just has a horrible Start Menu. As an OS, it's very stable and responsive as hell. So basically Windows 7 with a crappy start menu.

The above one does not come with Windows 7 professional + 1 year extended warranty though..and we have to pay tax... Extended always means actual warranty + 1 year..2 years in this case.
