I think there is potential in having a jobs section. The section can be separated by state/metro area. There can be two options, either members posting jobs to help out other members that are looking...

I understand there are a million job sites out there, but why not make use of your user base and have companies recruit here. Just saying there are possible revenue opportunities being missed here....
