It's still free, I just signed up for an account through CarWoo's website directly (not from the SD affiliate link) and I still got the basic service for free.

I tried this out, but I agree with Joe-- CarWoo does not seem like the most effective way to shop for a car.

There is no longer any free service. They only have basic and premium in order to get offers. I did try it when it was free and I got like 1 offer for a chevy volt... pretty lackluster
