Fine I recant. But just like you, I saw the mkiii at 2800 and the 24-105 has been at 800 lately. 850 for a grip card and 600 is a good value, but again... for me, I'm not jumping up and down over...

I agree. I doubt we are going to see anything released that diminish the 5d mark iii other than maybe a cheap full frame. Even then I am sure it will be crippled in some way compared to the 5d mark...
