I guess it does Garbage Collection. Newegg did not list this as a feature?? I cannot see the price difference for the 720 with just encyprtion. They might use higer binned Nand on the 720??...

I have this as boot drive for Windows 8 test drive. It's crazy fast! Boot time is 5 seconds after bios. Shutdown is about 1 second!

The 320 uses asynchronous NAND. The 720 has toggle mode NAND. Asynchronous can be slower in certain circumstances. I don't have time to add links, but people can google the difference and decide...
