I've used it in the gas tank, in the oil, and I've disconnected vacuum lines to suck in into the intake manifold. It cleans carbon buildup and while mixed in the gas the mileage went up by 1.5 mpg.

back when i owned my 2000 civic it had 150000 miles on it and i did half a can through the vacuum lines and other half for about 200 miles in my oil and let me tell ya, it made its run 10times better...
