Right from the get go you can call loyalty and ask for the preferred web ($20/mo) classic and value plans alike :D
Just something to remember when your 3 month discounted web is done.

I've had the 2gb data add on for the last year or so, and inadvertently went over the limit a couple days ago and upgraded to the 5 gb plan to un throttle my account until the new bill cycle started....

of course you could always get the $20 truly unlimited plan that will be available very soon, but i don't need that much data and id rather save the $.
