Not the same. Costco is previous model. This Neato actually has more suction power than the previous model so it's a substantial upgrade whether having pets or allergies or not.

They all come with those replacement parts.
The xv-21 is an upgraded version. New brush design and better filter. If your going to get one this is the one you want.

It has a radar and constantly scans. It detects doorways so it knows the boundaries of a room. It will clean that room and then go to the next room and the next room.

I believe they are more or less the same, the only difference is this one has the newer 'pet/allergy' brush and filter, whereas the Costco one has a different set of brushes/filter (and more of them)...
