OCZ is good but not great. From experience their service is very good. However, I would generally rate Corsair, Seasonic, Cooler Master, Antec, and PC Power & Cooling above OCZ.

Your major power draw is going to be the video card, so power supplies are going to be defined by that choice. You would need to pick a video card before buying a PSU to avoid limiting your choices....

your pc wont catch fire. It will just turn off if the PSU is overloaded. that diablotek PSU is crap. Get a good brand PSU. Something in 600 watts range is good enough.
