Cool. It's legit. That was fast. I signed up yesterday. Today my zinio account shows that i have a subscription to both. Great finds! Zinio lists the sub price for OK as $35 and Star for $77.50

I got both digital issues today. It was courtesy of Famous footwear. Maybe that's why they had used a third party form (jotform) since the mag was paid by FF.
