T3 is no good, You would be better off getting a t2i, t3i, or t4i. They all have the same sensor which is much better than the T3's. Also I think these bundle deals are stupid. MIR is not the same...

When you go to checkout, it should have subtracted various amounts from your total (the cost of the paper, backpack, memory chip, and $100 off the lens) for a reduced total price.

It's a good thing too. I wouldn't take that lens if it was given to me and I didn't have a telephoto lens, but Craigslist is full of people who have no clue about photography and think it's as good...

me and you both... plus the T3i is serious much better in every video I've seen ... the T3 could probably look great with the right set and the right settings but the quality is not really up to par...

You don't need to buy the 75-300 lens, but it only costs an additional $30 for them, so it's probably worth it.
