Thanks! I rooted it finally, but I can't remove bloatwares, such as AT&T Navigation. EDIT: I used Titanium Backup to uninstalled those AT&T apps.

The AT&T City ID free trial pop up was so annoying. I got rid of it with Titanium Backup. It's in the /system/app/CityID-release.apk.

I just checked the specs on att website and it does support 3G - UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz 2100 is the used by tmo for their 3g...so it might be able to.
