Biggest concern is security. Nobody likes rollbacks, exploits, or hacking, the latter two are far easier to do on a local server than a company who has to follow compliance rules and regulations.

a sequel isn't new content, I feel entitled to the additional content because that's supposed to be in part of what you're paying for when you're paying 12-15 a MONTH to play the game after BUYING it.
