Is this a serious comment or are you trolling? Not everyone is privileged enough to have a 4 car garage and a $2000 bike. Bikes can be $100 or less and garages aren't the only place this would work.

You need to screw into the ceiling joists, not use any drywall anchors, etc as it will pull down and land on you/car/etc...

Another quick tip for installation, that I found to make it much easier. Install all of the brackets to a piece of wood. Then install the wood to the joist. That way your spacing on the brackets...
