Well I contacted office max and they replied that the keyboard is still backordered from their supplier. Yet their web site now shows the quickfire as "in stock".

I haven't seen the old one, but I count four tribal CM logos, QUICK FIRE on the space bar, and CMSTORM above the arrow keys. Horrible font and F5-F12 are pretty bad. But it does feel great to type...

Mine came in today. It's a great feeling keyboard, but you'll have to get over the horrible font and over branding. It's definitely less stately than a Das or IBM M.
