exactly this issue, they're only matching in price drives that folks used to pay a premium for like Crucial, Plextor, Sandisk and even Kingston many of those drives are no rebate deals.

so basically even though windows is showing that TRIM is enabled, the firmware on the device does not support it. That is not good, hopefully they come out with a new firmware to fix this..
