although you're saying you cant see a difference, sata I to sata III is an extreme difference, one is 1.5Gbps and the other is 6Gbps, that is a LARGE factor in speed...

If you look at the reviews, OCZ drives seem to have a TERRIBLE track record for failing. Not worth it IMO to save a few bucks.
