Thats weird 1/2 the complaints are zero bass the other 1/2 are too much bass.
If you want more bass cover the the little hole in it w/ tape. I uses a small blob of silicone.

He is wrong, that is just the metallic-painted .75" plastic covering at the split for the L/R cables. Not upgraded, the 8320 does not have and has never had a mic.
