Worth it to spend the few extra bucks just for the cable management.
Better airflow = Cooler temperatures = Longer life on critical components.

Agreed! HOWEVER, if you can't wait you can always pick up one of those usb3 front panels on ebay for ~$10-$15. I got one to upgrade my case and it works great :D

You can swap the 2 side panels with each other if you don't have a side intake. Yes, dust will still get in but it will reside behind the mobo tray instead of all over your system. I own an Antec 300...

Antec 300 does NOT have usb 3.0 (as stated on the newegg page). We have over 100 of them where I work. They are great cases but $40 is too much for a case without usb 3.0 in 2012.
