Yes, factory warranty (1 year) is still intact, use the manufactured date as the warranty start date. Personally checked with Asus support when I bought mine.

Yes. Original 1 year factory warranty is still there. Asus warranty is serial-based, meaning used products still get the warranty if you use the manufactured date as the warranty start date.
