FYI guys, if you look at the reviews, this seller ships out Latin America model although he lists the product with the American model number. Just be aware of it.

Check your receipt and see if it shows a serial number. If it was anywhere else, I would say you should be fine, but I thought Apple kept track of their serial numbers for accurate warranties.
