I am in DFW, TX and I got the free weekend paper with the 3 day cvs ad- the 20% was on the ad itself but not in the online preview. :)

If it's the printable $2 off any beauty item, that one definitely isn't a $/$$. It's just a $2 CVS coupon, one-time-use. Can be combined with anything (including a $4/$20 on a $20 transaction).

Depending on the store, not all stores around me do. Best way is to check is to scan an item that is supposed to be on sale next week and see if it shows up with the sale price.
