yeah your right i think price on ssds have hit the floor already, and if the trend for the 470 samsung holds true you probably wont see it this low again from a major vendor, 512GB is the sweet spot...

Not really. You're not going to notice much of a difference, if any, under typical use... and the 830 is mature & proven... the 840 is not.
