I went to a Target that doesn't get as much traffic as my regular one... They had a HUGE display of them. The price on the endcap still said $18.99 but each one had a clearance tag. Picked up two.

My Target in North Charleston, SC had the Charmin Ultra Strong mega rolls 20 pack (= 80 regular rolls) on clearance for $13.28+tax or .66 cents per roll (+tax). They had 4 packs on one of the end...
