I see what you guys say now. You're saying don't use the other support bracket, and just grind down the fire box so that the spit bearing thing sits in there instead of the bracket it comes with.

I just installed mine and put a chicken on the spit 10 minutes ago. I have a Ducane Affinity 4200 grill. I had to drill two holes on each side of the grill to attach, but it wasn't a problem.

I think having too long ie hanging over isn't a big deal but it depends on the design of the rotisserie spit I think. I didn't pick mine up yet so I can't say but I'm guessing it's ok.

I'm curious too. I have a E210 also. I just opened up the PDF instructions and it says does not fit Weber grills, so that tells me some mod or adapter needs to be added to this.
