Had the same issue as others with the CSR saying that it was a 3rd party seller and not eligible for PM. Hung up and called back to get everything done with no issues.

This is a convertible. Convertibles don't come with a base. This is not the kind you can take out and pop onto a stroller or whatever. Only infant carseats come with bases.
