Toys R Us has a 2 for $40 promotional rate, which I noticed in-store yesterday.
It only covers 5 titles, but they are all titles that would be tough to get for $20, so it seems like a decent deal....

The two I wanted (Kingdom Hearts and Angry Birds) are both out of stock for shipping. Nearest Toys R Us store is about 150 miles away so it's a pass for me.
