Only had one game out of probably 30 games I've bought from Gamefly come unplayable (and the disc itself looked fine). They, however, would NOT exchange the game. Only refund my money.

yet to have an issue with any xbox 360 used game purchase from gamefly. they're pretty good dealing with a damaged disc that passed their QC.

I dunno about PS3, but I got a used Xbox 360 game from them. The disc was VERY beat up (the disc hub area was seriously cracked), the box and manual were perfect.

I did that once with a Wii remote...we were planning to buy a Wii but I just kept an eye on ebay for super cheap controllers, I bought one but didn't have a console, had to take it to a friends house...
