$90 is a good price. I bought my first one for $140 and that was a nice deal. I've since bought 4 more for $80 each. So $80 is pretty good. The 840 and 840Pro are out soon. The 840 is slightly faster...

As mentioned, more like the going price for this drive. For various reasons, Samsung has hung on like grim death to higher prices compared to some other drive makers.
