There is one NIB at my local Target for $207. I've got about $40 in gc and a Red Card, so I thought about picking it up anyway. I may go back today. I doubt it flew off the shelf at that price.

I'd say it's a lukewarm deal at best. Target sold a bunch of 32 inch 1080p TVs just 2 weeks ago for the same price.
