The Release Preview expires on 1/15/2013. I don't know if that means it will stop working entirely or just start popping up nag screens, but that's the date I've heard.

If its the same version (pro/home/enterprise) you should be able to use your AGM key. The key works for both 32/64 bit copys.

No, there wont be anything significant. The gold master will work indefinitely and will have a lot of the bug fixes/polish that the beta does not. Microsoft has never had major feature differences...
