I remember LEGOes as a kid.
I haven't looked at a box in many years now, but does anyone know if they are still made in Germany or Denmark?
I'm just wondering if LEGO makes all it's stuff in...

The set is 94 pieces, at more than .10 per piece this is retail or marked up retail, nowhere near 70% off, lay off the crack, or at least go for the good stuff

I've seen this for ~$8 before. I can't even imagine this selling for its regular price if this is the 70% price.

This is retail on the set. It's not really a deal. Where are you getting 70% off from?

Yes, most Lego sets now list several countries .. some bigger sets have as many as 5 or 6 countries listed. Denmark is usually listed (as this is still the main Lego company site), but now China is...

Got it for $5 at my local store. He probably was looking at the Toys R Us pricing which is higher than retail. This is a good post. Sounds like retail is $9.99 so it really is 50% off.

Maybe he meant "70 cents off" and not "70 *per*cent off."

My bad, in the Walmart store it showed a much higher price on the tag and reflected the same one online. Didn't have time to check Amazon.
