I got mine off of an ebay seller, US based, with good reviews on their screens. Took forever to install the damn thing, but once done I couldn't tell the difference.

One of the guys at work tried this and said he busted some connector so the touchscreen stopped working after he replaced it. Thought I'd pass out this warning.

Ya I bought one on ebay. They are a giant pain to install on the 4S because you basically have to take the entire phone out through the back.
