This "deal" is nothing/zero if it doesn't include a genuine FICO score -- and at that, the kind you'd get applying for a mortgage, which is the only true kind.

That is simply not true. You are entitled to a free credit "report" free on an annual basis. You are not entitled to a credit "score" free of charge.

You don't have to sit down with a personal banker for them to assist you in any way. You just go and claim a personal code and go home and search up the score!
