I don't if it is scientifically proven or not, but in my experience, drinking one scoop prior to workout versus not drinking makes a big difference in terms how quickly I get tired during my workout....

I just finished a 5lbs tub of the vanilla. It wasn't bad at all mixed with water. It was pretty good mixed with milk. Easy to drink.
