My 32Gb one transfers at a whopping 2.8 - 3.0 Mb per second. Or about 5-6 minutes per Gb. I'm very happy with it for the price I paid, but I also don't plan to do many file transfers on it.

I use the 64GB version of this to play music in my car. Its great and bad at the same time. It is very slow to copy things to it, but you can play mp3s from it just fine. I like it for my car...

Write speed =/= read speed. Most devices can be read faster than written to, so a 4MBps video file will work fine. Also, you probably are getting 600KBps (KiloBytes), while you are rated for 5Mbps...

I did mean MB per second. And yes, it does take 5-6 minutes per GB to write to the 32GB version of this drive. I transferred a bunch of files that were ~29 gigabytes, and it took two and a half...

You're right.. for some reason 5 minutes to transfer a gigabyte seemed insanely slow (on a 64GB drive! Only 3 hours to fill it. blah.), didn't bother doing the math. Ehh.... tough call. Perhaps...
