What kind of "gift card" will you receive? They do have a "while supply lasts" disclaimer. So there is no assurance that you will receive the gift card and you can't make any claim.

that is what i thought too but actually rewards are coupon according to staples and are applied to the subtotal so when you use the rewards you will save on the tax you had paid in the first place so...
