I think the code works on anything in the cart as long as an applicable game is in the cart. I managed to get the code to work on Torchlight II. :D

If you want the BF3 package deal aka Premium you can get it for $48 with the gamefly code. That includes BF3 & all the expansions.
Or you can grab BF3 through this deal then upgrade to the premium...
