You have to download the app then click a bar at the top after you open the app that says register for your free trial. It just takes an email and password if you don't already have a MLB account.

Just a reminder...if this does give the video feed...postseason.tv is NOT the regular broadcast of the games. It is an alternate feed. You have about 10 camera options to watch with no audio...
