I agree! It's infuriating! Not only is it upsetting to be caught up in it, but to hear that it's an ongoing problem that they just keep ignoring just fires me up even more!

I am having a problem with them :mad: I did a text survey for them many months ago that was supposed to pay $10. I have emailed and been getting the run around. I am pretty annoyed.
