Well just used Amazon as an example - maybe Newegg or other online retailers that don't charge sales tax .. doesn't matter how much more in price it is, unless it's more than $250.

Citi has pretty good customer service. I am its 10 yr customer and I am loving it. Discover also has a pretty good services as well. Chase has very good fraud prevention internal system.

sure buddy....dont worry...you will still be able to request a refund by submitting a manual claim form...their automatic system doesn't always find the lowest price....simply fill out the manual...

That is for the automatic price tracking - you can also submit a manual request if you've found the lower price to get the refund. I doubt it's going to track all the different packing...

Well, there are 5 states don't have sale tax to beginning with. So for people in those 5 states, buying it from any online stores (or B&M) don't really matter. :)
