Yeah keep the equipment and pay whatever they charge to replace it. It's gonna be more than $17. It is funny how they'll send someone out with the equipment but they make you pay to give it back.

Check eBay or CL. Should be able to get you a 722K or ? for a decent price. Besides the DVR fee be certain Dish won't charge a bogus fee for using your own equipment. They didn't use to.
