0.3 MP camera kills this one for me. I suppose you would use it for skype and most connections wouldnt be able take advantage of more pixels (say, 1.3). but still....so little megapixels....

Has anyone experienced running NX (or any CAD) with Intel graphic HD 4000? Does it rendering (3D) smoothly or do I need a laptop with a dedicated graphic card?

Tigerdirect deal is much better than microsoft store. The extra 2gb ram is not worth another $50. The average user won't notice or use anything beyond 3gb of ram anyway.
You shouldnt talk when you have no clue what your talking about :lmao:

Looks like it B/B; I'd get that one and upgrade ram instead for cheaper. Actually I wouldn't upgrade ram and just save the $50, but for that much, you could make it an 8gb system.

This is a very solid deal @ $450 from TDebay for anyone who needs a reasonable priced modern day up to date laptop today, right now. Last year a second gen i5 Asus was available for the same price,...

How does my response imply that I'm mad? I simply provided evidence that most users only need between 2-4GB and that most would not see the difference from 4Gb to 6Gb. Furthermore, the $50 increase...

I'd downvote you if I could. Even if you did need more RAM, you could pick up another 4GB stick for

I agree with the previous guy that most people won't see a difference past 3gb. Granted, there IS a difference especially under heavy load. But for most people, it won't matter. ...but this...

Seriously? Windows 7 boots into 1.5GB of memory usage for me, and I run a pretty minimal system unlike most people. Memory leaking web browsers can easily chew up several hundred MB more, which...

Like another user has said, 4GB ram is not worth $50; the 2GB difference would be worth even less. Also, you really should provide evidence instead of resort to personal attacks. For example, this...

Just recommended this laptop (TigerDirect) version to my mother-in-law a few days ago. From what I can tell it seemed like the best price/value and I've been an ASUS fan for years. It helps that...

I'm tempted to pick up a laptop up to $500. These specs seem decent for the price. Though I am pretty out of the loop regarding new computer tech. (the screen resolution won't kill it for me) ...
