Great question - not sure I have ever used a 13MM on a car, but 14 MM is very common. It's strange they don't seem to even offer the 14 MM x 15MM - maybe because it is available in Craftsman?

i don't know what you intend to use it on, but a lot of the european cars I work on usually have 13mm more often than 14mm. on small bolts/nuts, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 17mm are really common..
