The deal breaker for me was that the S95 does not have continuous autofocus in video mode. Also, the S110 was announced a few weeks ago so I would suspect AUTHORIZED retailers to drop their prices...

One dealbreaker for the S100 is that ISO is restricted to 80 if you do long exposures. This drove many to buy the S95 instead.
