If it only happens when there is battery inside any of the remote controls nearby while the temperature is low and high humidity, it's probably the old switches underneath the remote control buttons....

Clear all the codes and reprogram them all (all the transmitters). Usually you hold the red button in for like 30 seconds and it clears them all out.

Try disconnecting the wired button inside the garage, it's possible there's a short.
Try deprogramming the opener (erase all transmitters) and don't reprogram for a few days.
