Newegg list the 830 128gb as OOS. And Buy.com list the 256gb as not available from manufacturer. I think we'll see 1 more sale from newegg for the 256gb. I think the ppl waiting for black friday...

The TLC NAND has lower lifespan. The MLC NAND version has a longer lifespan. The MLC NAND version is also faster.

The 840 PRO is very fast, hence the price. Still not a hot deal though. If you really want speed, pay a little more for a Revodrive 3 x2, otherwise the Samsung 830 ($170 for 256gb) will be just fine.
