Ashford is a big watch seller, a lot of their stuff is not "authorized" sales so the warranty is through them instead of the manufacturer (Bullovas at least are that way) but I've never had any...

There is a Chrono available from the Seiko 5 series for around that price. I was reading the reviews on it yesterday and there were a lot of duds (bad movements as they were Chinese made, I believe)....

40mm is about the medium size watch anymore. Generally the smallest watch I have seen for men's watch about 38mm and they go as big as 45mm or bigger.
