No TRIM is not supported at all in RAID. All drives that have come out in recent memory have their own garbage collection which is just as good as TRIM.

Not so much when you compare it to this recent deal. OEM Windows discs are tied to the motherboard not the hard drive, so you have nothing to worry about.
