Overstockdigital has Canon 430EX II for $219 + FS. I did a search and didn't get anything recent. I'm in the market and this seems like a good deal but no prior experience with the merchant though.

I remember taking a look at them when I was searching for a 5DIII. Seemed way too bait-and-switchy to me, so I steered clear. I live near DC...one of these days I'll check out their storefront....
